Challenge
Healthcare providers are increasingly confronted with patient-held medical misinformation, often in high-stress, emotionally charged settings. HGHI needed a comprehensive, evidence-based toolkit that could educate providers while modeling empathy and collaboration, without feeling academic or prescriptive.
Role
Designed a clear, structured 54-page digital report to support learning. Collaborated with designer Coco Chan on the primary MisinfoRx logo and created a secondary logo representing the project’s Three C’s guiding principles, which foster empathetic, collaborative conversations with patients.
Outcome
Delivered a digital report designed for everyday use by healthcare providers, supporting HGHI’s mission to address misinformation with empathy and open communication.
